THE ROLE
- Deliver 1:1 personalised learning to children and young people who can't access mainstream education.
- Norfolk (including Norwich, Great Yarmouth & Thetford) English, Maths, Life Skills & tailored curriculum support.
- Term-time only | Flexible scheduling available.
- Travel required.
- You'll work in quiet community settings or alternative provision environments, building trusted relationships while supporting academic and emotional progress.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- QTS / QTLS teachers seeking a more meaningful way to teach.
- Tutors, HLTAs & experienced education professionals.
- Strong UK curriculum knowledge.
- Confident behaviour management & adaptability.
- Patient, relationship-focused approach.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Minimum 2 days availability per week.
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business insurance).
- Right to work in the UK.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Employed roles: £30,000-£38,000 per year (term-time, 40 weeks).
- Self-employed roles: £15-£35 per hour.
- Ongoing safeguarding-led support.
