THE ROLE

  • Deliver 1:1 personalised learning to children and young people who can't access mainstream education.
  • Norfolk (including Norwich, Great Yarmouth & Thetford) English, Maths, Life Skills & tailored curriculum support.
  • Term-time only | Flexible scheduling available.
  • Travel required.
  • You'll work in quiet community settings or alternative provision environments, building trusted relationships while supporting academic and emotional progress.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • QTS / QTLS teachers seeking a more meaningful way to teach.
  • Tutors, HLTAs & experienced education professionals.
  • Strong UK curriculum knowledge.
  • Confident behaviour management & adaptability.
  • Patient, relationship-focused approach.

MUST HAVE:

  • Experience working with children or young people.
  • Minimum 2 days availability per week.
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business insurance).
  • Right to work in the UK.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Employed roles: £30,000-£38,000 per year (term-time, 40 weeks).
  • Self-employed roles: £15-£35 per hour.
  • Ongoing safeguarding-led support.
