CF Corporation’s London-based Graduate Programme is a structured, three‑year development pathway designed to identify high‑potential individuals and accelerate them into well‑rounded, commercially effective professionals. The programme is open to graduates with up to three years of professional experience at the time of application. Participants gain exposure across CF Corporation’s portfolio of 30 businesses, working across multiple industries and operating at the intersection of advisory, investment and operational roles. From day one, you will contribute to live projects, working on real client engagements with tangible outcomes. The programme offers flexibility: you may specialise within a single function for all three years or rotate across three different functions, spending one year in each.

Location & Mobility
As a global firm you will be stationed at an iconic location and may relocate to any of our global offices for up to three locations during the programme.

Analyse real business situations and deliver clear, practical solutions aligned to CF Corporation’s strategic priorities. Work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to meaningful initiatives from the outset, and develop judgment, capability and confidence through hands‑on responsibility.

Reward Structure
Annual base salary starting at £70,000, depending on experience and degree level (Bachelor, Master, PhD). On‑target bonus of 20% of base, up to 100% for high‑achievers. Annual base salary increases of up to 20% per year based on personal performance. Hybrid working model – work from home, office or other locations as appropriate. Full healthcare, including dental coverage for self and immediate family. Pension programme: 12% of base salary per annum in a non‑contributory scheme; investment options available. Relocation support for personal items and accommodation for the first six months. One career break of up to six months allowed. Dedicated mentor for career development.
