Our subsidiary CF Invest is a dedicated recruitment firm focused on positions in the investment sector. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading five private equity institutions. Our client has offices globally and this role is based in London. The firm is known for partnering with exceptional businesses across healthcare, technology, financial services, and digital infrastructure. With a reputation for driving growth and creating long-term value, the firm is currently fundraising for its technology fund and seeks three talented professionals for its private equity team as Investment / Financial Analysts to join its investment team.
The Role
- Source, evaluate, and execute high-potential investment opportunities.
- Support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, building sophisticated financial models and identifying value creation levers.
- Support the drive in deal execution, from structuring and negotiations to closing transactions.
- Support and partner with portfolio companies to support strategic initiatives and enhance performance.
- Contribute insights on sectors, strategy, and market trends alongside senior team members.
This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced investment team, gain exposure to complex deals, and have a tangible impact on growing businesses.
Who we are looking for
- Either a graduate or soon to be, or have current investing experience ideally following a background in banking or consulting or corporate environment.
- Collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment within a flat structure.
- Ability to contribute across all stages of the investment process.
- Sector-specific experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.

Reward Structure
An annual base salary of £65,000 and up to £125,000, depending on experience. Bonus program of on-target bonus of 80% of base salary and up to 145% for high-achievers.
