The Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Agent with 1 to 5 years of experience - someone ready to grow, push deals forward, and be close to the action. You’ll get exposure across:
- Leasing strategy & execution
- Planning & advisory
- Investment sales
- Development consultancy
This role flexes to meet your strengths—with room to evolve into senior responsibilities or leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing retail, leisure and workspace units across London
- Advising on rents, values, and deal strategy
- Supporting estate sales, land disposals and new project launches
- Research, viewings, reporting and relationship-building
- Representing the brand with clients, tenants and project partners
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years in commercial property, agency or similar
- Strong communicator with great attention to detail
- Solid grasp of London’s commercial market
- Proactive, accountable and up for a challenge
