About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Manager (Mid-Level) to help support and grow CezanneHR’s network of referral, implementation, OEM, and technology partners. In this role, you’ll work closely with our partners to ensure they have the guidance, resources, and product knowledge they need to successfully promote and deliver CezanneHR’s solutions. You will also play a key part in identifying new partnership opportunities that align with our growth strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some partnership, account management, or channel experience and is looking to take the next step in their career with support from a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management & Enablement
- Support the day-to-day management of relationships with Cezanne’s OEM and referral partners to maintain engagement and long-term satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding and training partners on CezanneHR’s products, including delivering basic demonstrations and product walk-throughs.
- Help motivate and enable Affiliate partners to generate qualified leads for Cezanne.
- Share product updates, marketing assets, and partner resources on a regular basis.
- Partner Recruitment & Growth
- Help identify and approach potential new partners such as HR consultancies, software vendors, and payroll providers.
- Contribute to the evaluation of partnership opportunities for strategic and commercial alignment.
- Support in preparing and coordinating partnership agreements.
- Assist in managing listings and maintaining the Cezanne Marketplace.
- Coordinate marketing activities with partners, such as webinars, case studies, or events.
- Programme Development
- Support the ongoing development of the Affiliate programme, including incentives, partner communication, and enablement materials.
- Track partner activity, performance, and commission using HubSpot.
- Collect partner feedback and share insights with Product and Customer teams to support continuous improvement.
- Support partners participating in Beta testing and early product evaluations.
