About The Role

We are seeking a mid‑level SaaS Recruitment Product Manager (or similar industry). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, experience with SaaS product management, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of recruitment professionals and organisations.

What You\’ll Do

  • Product Analysis: Analyse existing recruitment products to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the recruitment product roadmap, prioritising improvements and updates based on customer needs and the overall product strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to ensure the successful development and launch of product updates.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, ensuring they are used effectively to meet the needs of the product.
  • Launch Planning: Plan and execute the launch of recruitment product updates, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful launch.
  • Post‑Launch Review: Conduct post‑launch review to evaluate the success of product updates and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure the product continues to meet customer needs.
  • Product Marketing: Support recruitment product marketing efforts by providing input on messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay current on recruitment industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our product remains competitive and compliant with industry standards.

  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a similar position.
  • Excellent initiative and problem‑solving skills.
  • A deep understanding of product development and market trends, specifically within recruitment and talent acquisition.
