It’s Monday morning, and your first call is with an HR Manager who’s delighted, as the payroll automation you helped configure last month has eliminated hours of manual checks and reduced errors at month end. Later, you’re reviewing payroll and HR usage data with another customer, spotting an opportunity to optimise how employee changes flow seamlessly from HR into payroll. In the afternoon, you introduce a customer to a lesser‑known feature in Cezanne HR & Payroll that simplifies onboarding and ensures new starters are payroll‑ready from day one. You finish the day by sharing customer feedback with our Product team, insights that will help shape the payroll and HR experience for hundreds of customers. What You Will Do:

  • Own and build trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Help customers adopt and optimise HR and payroll functionality, ensuring they realise full value.
  • Act as a strategic partner, understanding customer goals across HR, payroll, and operations.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and risk, stepping in proactively when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement at scale.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with Product, Support, and Implementation teams.
  • Work closely with Support and Implementation to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Support renewals by clearly demonstrating value and outcomes.
  • Celebrate customer successes and advocate for them internally.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Have experience working with payroll software or payroll‑related processes.
  • Understand how HR and payroll systems work together (or are keen to deepen this knowledge).
  • Are organised and comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities.
  • Enjoy building rapport and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Have a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Are curious about technology, automation, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders.
  • Take ownership and follow through on commitments.

Experience in Customer Success, HR, payroll, or HR/payroll software is highly desirable, but mindset and customer focus matter just as much.
