As Partner Manager you will manage and grow Cezanne HR’s network of referral, implementation, OEM and technology partners. You will be the main partner point of contact, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools and engagement to successfully promote and deliver our solutions. You will also identify and onboard new partners that align with our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Management & Enablement – manage day‑to‑day relationships with OEM partners, educate partners on product releases, attract affiliate partners to drive new SQLs and communicate product updates.
- Partner Recruitment & Growth – identify, recruit and negotiate new partners, assess integration opportunities, manage partner lifecycle, own Marketplace listings and generate marketing opportunities.
- Programme Development – support evolution of Affiliate programme, track partner performance and commission payments, collect feedback for product development and engage partners in beta testing.
- Experience managing partner relationships, OEM and technology partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of HR/payroll technology ecosystem preferred.
