Prepare and Serve Beverages
Brew coffee and espresso drinks to company standards. Prepare specialty drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.). Froth milk to the correct consistency for various beverages. Handle the coffee grinder and brewing equipment to ensure consistency and quality.
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
Maintain Cleanliness
Clean and maintain the coffee bar, espresso machines, grinders, and surrounding areas. Wash cups, utensils, and other equipment as necessary. Ensure that the café environment is welcoming, organized, and safe for customers.
Stocking and Inventory Management
