Responsibilities

  • Contribute to, and actively drive an environment of great customer service, both in store and online.
  • Have full operational control of your store, from stock control to merchandising & everything in between.
  • Drive performance through structured KPIs.
  • Receive on-the-job training and development, support from all departments, and access to an online learning structure.
  • Recruit, train and develop your team to be their maximum potential - Bring fresh ideas to the business.
