The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 € per year.

This role is to support our retail partners Boots, London Camera Exchange, Rymans and Robert Dyas who have stores within Midlands, providing support and training to store staff throughout the region, monitoring our equipment and merchandising the CEWE brand. Be the contact point for your region providing excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner, resolving or escalating concerns where necessary.

Plan and carry out visits to our retail partner's stores throughout the region to review equipment, samples and materials ensuring the CEWE brand is correctly displayed. Provide training for our partners' employees and support for our end customer when needed. Monitor equipment remotely and where possible, solve any problems together with the store by telephone. Maintain close contact with office-based Sales Support to prioritise issues and to offer the best possible service to your customers. Undertake associated administration.

Person Specification:

  • Live within Region (Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area)
  • Maths and English at level 5
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Retail experience
  • Full Driving License
  • Willingness to travel as will be on the road 100%

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Planning, Analysing and Organisation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience of a field based role and/or training others would be an advantage.
