Your missions:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Northern Europe region (165 employees across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway). This is a senior, standalone HRBP position, with a strong UK focus and additional responsibility for Ireland and the Nordic countries. You will partner closely with senior business leaders, providing both strategic HR advice and hands-on operational support in a fast-paced, commercial environment. This role will suit an HR professional who enjoys autonomy, is comfortable being the go-to HR partner, and can confidently balance strategy with day-to-day delivery. Reporting to the Northern Europe Vice President and functionally to the Europe HR Director, you will be the primary HR point of contact for all people-related matters across the sub-region. You will play a critical role in shaping organisational capability, supporting leaders through change, and embedding CEVA’s values and HR frameworks locally.
Key responsibilities:
- Business Partnering & Leadership Support - Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders on:
- Organisation design and workforce planning
- Performance management and leadership effectiveness
- Talent development and succession planning
- Change initiatives and restructures
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice, often at pace and with incomplete information
- Build strong, credible relationships with leadership teams and Headquarters
- Performance outcomes
- Short-Term Incentive Plans (SIP)
- Internal pay consistency and European alignment
- Strong focus on governance, consistency and meeting deadlines
Your profile:
Experience - Senior HR Business Partner with 8+ years’ experience
Strong exposure to UK employment law
Experience working across multiple countries
Background in a matrix organisation
Comfortable operating independently in a demanding environment
