We are seeking a Van Driver to join our operations team for a prestigious client based in London NW10. A thorough 3-month vetting process will be required for the successful candidate before the start date. The role will involve navigating internal drops at the large client location, including moving items between departments and ensuring timely and efficient delivery within the site.
Responsibilities
- Ensure goods are delivered on time and to the correct location with accurate completion of associated system transactions.
- Ensure daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are reported and remedied.
- Always comply with all vehicle and site security requirements.
- Oversee or check the safe loading of vehicle ensuring compliance with company and legislative safe working practices.
- Drive vehicle to destinations and tip load in accordance with customer requirements and special instructions.
- Carry out vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks prior to the operation of any vehicle and report any defects.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements in all areas of the operation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a van driver.
- Holds a valid driving licence.
- Excellent team player with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Details
- Shift pattern: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 19:00, and Friday from 10:00 to 18:30.
- Salary: £30,270.24 per annum, plus an additional £1,602.21 per annum as a London Waiting Allowance.
