This position is based in Barton-under-Needwood and reports to the Operations Manager. It is a Monday – Friday role from 8:30am – 5pm, with flexible start and finish times.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the site training matrix, ensuring all colleagues receive the right training at the right time.
- Deliver and oversee training sessions, present work instructions, and support new starters.
- Manage and maintain key documentation, including Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, and Document Control Logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor processes, identify improvements, and ensure all activities meet operational, safety, and quality standards.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to groups.
- Good understanding of systems and process tracking (e.g., training records, matrices).
- Proactive, safety-first approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
