Job Overview
Our e-commerce operation who provides essential logistic services such as inbound and outbound customer fulfilment and value-added services, has an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Warehouse Coordinator.
This pivotal role will support the Shift Manager with daily operational activities, ensuring all operational tasks are allocated and completed efficiently and effectively to meet operational demand and customer satisfaction. Reporting into the Shift Manager you will ensure all operational tasks are allocated and carried out to the highest standard, with a focus on team performance and team KPIs. You will actively promote a culture of health and safety across the site, ensuring regulations are adhered to and accidents and incidents are reported and recorded.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with shift colleagues regularly, supporting the Shift Manager with shift briefs, attendance and performance reporting, resolving operational issues, reviewing planned labour and ensuring sufficient utilisation of colleagues.
- Ensure all colleagues are trained, recommending opportunities for upskilling and development.
- Collaborate with the Shift Manager and wider shifts to drive continuous improvement, promote a positive environment focusing on safety, quality and performance to enable operational success.
- Lead by example, ensuring site rules are adhered to and any unsafe or unacceptable behaviours are challenged or escalated.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of coordinating, collaborating and leading operational teams, ideally within a warehousing or 3PL environment.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proven track record of monitoring, measuring, and contributing to operational KPIs.
- Strong communicator with the ability to form relationships internally and externally, possess excellent customer service skills, be a logical thinker and natural problem solver capable of prioritising workload with efficiency and accuracy and adapting to operational changes.

Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, based on the shift pattern‑ Wednesday to Saturday 05:45‑14:15.
