YOUR ROLE
Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in the efficient movement and control of goods throughout our warehouse and transport system. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator / Operative to support our daily operations and uphold the highest standards in compliance, safety, and customer service.
This is a Monday – Friday role, 9am – 5:30pm OR 8:30am – 5pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Receive, put away, pick, label and despatch freight in accordance with each customer’s requirements, transportation mode and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate control of all goods received, handled and despatched through the warehouse and transport system.
- Ensure all goods are correctly labelled, with a strong emphasis on compliance with regulations.
- Maintain full compliance with ISO, legal and company requirements, particularly regarding aviation security, health & safety and the handling of dangerous goods.
- Promptly act on and report all service failures, damages, discrepancies and incidents to the supervisor.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
- FLT License is essential for this role.
- A strong focus on accuracy, safety and compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience using Microsoft applications.
