Our Contract Logistics team are looking to speak with dynamic and influential Senior General Managers across the Midlands who have substantial e-commerce or multi-channel experience. Our organisation embraces automation and operational best practices, providing essential logistics services such as inbound and outbound customer fulfilment, value-added services and the utilization of approved transport providers to our e-commerce clients.
We are looking for individuals who have proven experience of leading large e-commerce or multi-channel operations, experienced in building and leading high performing teams and developing outstanding client relationships.
As a Senior General Manager at CEVA Logistics you will be responsible for all aspects of budget creation and allocation, service level delivery and client relationship management. Your change management and continuous improvement skills will be second to none as you lead various optimization projects to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. As a strong business leader you will be practiced at driving a high-performance culture ensuring financial, operational and HSEQ targets are met and strategies are implemented to form a management team that creates, sustains and embeds a culture of employee engagement as well as strong development and succession planning.
With growth on the agenda we are looking to speak with operational leaders who have significant experience of leading fast-paced e-commerce or multi-channel operations, individuals who are skilled at leading and developing teams and practiced in new business implementations and contract start-ups. You will be experienced in building and developing exceptional client relationships and possess strong commercial and people management skills with the ability to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.
