Your missions:

Ceva is looking for a Technical and Marketing Range Manager to join the Pork team (Ceva subsidiary in France) on a permanent contract. You will report to the Director of the Pork BU.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the ranges to ensure that they are promoted and enhanced.
  • Draw up and implement the marketing plan, defining and monitoring KPIs.
  • Develop technical messages in line with the marketing strategy and provide technical support to the Key Accounts and EIG division, while answering internal and external customer queries.
  • Provide technical and marketing support through the creation of tools and services.
  • Use scientific expertise to support the Ceva range (publications, participation in conferences, etc.).
  • Provide sales support by adapting to the customer profile: direct or indirect prescriber, KOL, end user, etc.
  • Increase the sales force's expertise in its range.
  • Support the sales force during field visits.
  • Assist customers with breeding issues.
  • Organise internal/external training meetings.
  • Develop and rely on internal/external networks to build and deploy its technical/marketing strategy.
  • In liaison with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, produce sales forecasts for its ranges and manage its marketing expenditure budget.
  • Monitor scientific and regulatory developments.

Your profile:

  • With a veterinary background (or Agri/Agro engineer) and at least 3 years' experience in the pork industry, you have a good knowledge of this market and its players.
  • Your leadership, customer service skills and knowledge of how to develop the pork business, combined with solid technical knowledge, will enable you to succeed in this role.
  • Technical skills:
  • Technical expertise in the various therapeutic areas.
  • Knowledge of the market and its key players.
  • Experience in the field, with a very good understanding of the issues facing veterinary surgeons/farmers/animal farmers, their problems and their needs.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, particularly pharmacovigilance.
  • Ability to speak in front of an internal or external audience.
  • Job is in French + Fluent technical English.
  • Proficiency in Office pack software (Excel, PPT, etc.).
