WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Provide strategic direction across the UK and Ireland, representing CEVA Logistics in internal and external business meetings and managing a team of real estate experts across asset, property and facility management, alongside external consultants.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including new site searches, lease renewals, acquisitions, relocations, disposals, consolidations, build-to-suit developments and bid searches.
- Anticipate upcoming lease expiries, develop strategic negotiation plans and lead high-value negotiations to secure the best outcomes for CEVA.
- Prepare and oversee budgets covering rent, savings, maintenance and investment, monitor real estate profit and loss across internal real estate companies, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
- Manage CEVA's real estate business rules, acquisition governance and project approval processes, including the preparation and review of business plans for ICAP.
- Coordinate routine and exceptional maintenance activities, utilise the PLANON facilities management tool, and oversee the control and reduction of repair costs through a national Integrated Facility Management contract.
You’ll be confident interpreting financial information, managing budgets and understanding profit and loss performance, with the ability to turn market insights into informed business decisions. A strong network of industry contacts, including portfolio owners, investors, developers and professional bodies, will help you identify opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for CEVA.
