We have an exciting opportunity for a Physical Logistics Co‑ordinator to join our operation supporting a key customer within the Rolls‑Royce facility. In this role you will manage day‑to‑day logistics activity across the site, ensuring products are booked in and out accurately, shipments are completed and operational processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt and booking in of raw materials into stores.
  • Complete system transactions including launching, selling and shipment processing.
  • Ensure accurate booking in and out of stock in line with operational procedures.
  • Carry out PPI and stock counts as required.
  • Support material movements across the site, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the customer to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and other sites where required.
  • Identify and raise health & safety concerns promptly, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new starters and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience using SAP, MES or similar warehouse management systems.
  • FLT licence (essential).
  • Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good numerical skills and ability to manage basic data.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
