YOUR ROLE
Our team based in Ashby de la Zouch is looking for a Payroll Administrator where you will be responsible for setting up and managing time and attendance, providing reports to stakeholders and payroll administration. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for delivering high-quality payroll services, we’d love to hear from you!
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manage the payroll system (ResourceLink), ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
- Configure and maintain the Time & Attendance system to meet business needs.
- Process new starters, changes, and leavers.
- Support and train line managers on payroll systems to reduce errors.
- Handle payroll elements such as pensions, car allowances, and healthcare.
- Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers to assist with data maintenance on the system (Promark).
- Prepare monthly finance reports and ad hoc HR reports.
- Assist with salary increase calculations and implementation.
- Support the Payroll Manager with TUPE and acquisitions setup.
- Ensure compliance and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
- Have a good understanding of policies that affect payroll.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.

You will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
