Our team based in Ashby de la Zouch is looking for a Payroll Administrator where you will be responsible for setting up and managing time and attendance, providing reports to stakeholders and payroll administration. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for delivering high-quality payroll services, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Manage the payroll system (ResourceLink), ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
  • Configure and maintain the Time & Attendance system to meet business needs.
  • Process new starters, changes, and leavers.
  • Support and train line managers on payroll systems to reduce errors.
  • Handle payroll elements such as pensions, car allowances, and healthcare.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers to assist with data maintenance on the system (Promark).
  • Prepare monthly finance reports and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Assist with salary increase calculations and implementation.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with TUPE and acquisitions setup.
  • Ensure compliance and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Have a good understanding of policies that affect payroll.

This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a payroll role and a strong understanding of payroll processes. You will be numerate with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
