CEVA Logistics are seeking an experienced Air Freight Export Operator to join our team and play a key role in managing air export operations from start to finish.
The successful candidate will ensure all export shipments are handled efficiently, comply with regulatory standards, and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage air export shipments from start to finish, including arranging collections and booking cargo with airlines.
- Follow customer SOPs to ensure smooth operational activities.
- Prepare all required export documentation, including MAWBs, business-to-business and consolidation shipments.
- Complete accurate export customs declarations in line with HMRC standards.
- Keep customers informed at each milestone from pick up to arrival.
- Collaborate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations on track.
- Use freight systems (e. g., Cargowise) and maintain IT literacy as part of daily duties.
Qualifications
- Confident air export professional with solid experience in freight forwarding.
- Ability to manage export documentation, customs declarations, and airline bookings with accuracy and pace.
