Are you an experienced logistics planner with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement? Join our dedicated operation supporting Jaguar Land Rover Solihull, where you will play a pivotal role in planning part flows, supporting operational projects, and ensuring super stakeholder management.
This role is central to how we operate, linking CEVA functions with onsite MP&L teams, optimising processes, and ensuring we stay ahead of customer demand. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy, pace and collaboration matter, this is the opportunity for you.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
In this role, you will take ownership of planning part volumes and flows (PFEP), developing the master schedule, and designing efficient warehouse and lineside layouts, all while working closely with production and operations to define the best delivery methods.
Supporting the customer with detailed logistics insight, benchmark current operations to drive improvements, assist with ERP system testing and development, and ensure all planning activities and projects are delivered accurately and on time, playing a key role in continuous improvement across the site.

The ideal candidate will be detail driven logistics professional with strong planning capability, confident Excel skills, and experience working in fast paced warehousing or logistics environments. You will bring excellent communication, the ability to build strong cross functional relationships, and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
