Our amazing Learning and Development Team, who sit within our Talent function, have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Facilitator where you will collaborate with the L&D Manager and our business to define, scope, design, and deliver outstanding development solutions to our colleagues. This pivotal role will see you using best in class behavioural and durable skills learning methods and frameworks to ensure all learning solutions have the learner at the heart of the design, build and implementation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will design and deliver high quality blended learning solutions from needs analysis through to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business strategy and learning goals.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create innovative, market leading learning experiences, using feedback and evaluation data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Acting as an advocate for learning across the business, you will lead and recommend cost effective solutions that address skill gaps, stay up to date with external learning trends, and support ad‑hoc projects as required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced facilitator, confident delivering engaging learning to both face‑to‑face and virtual audiences.
  • Be skilled in defining, designing and delivering blended learning solutions that meet business needs while aligning with the wider Talent and L&D strategy.
  • Curious and forward thinking, you will continually explore new learning approaches, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A natural communicator and collaborator, build strong relationships across the team, managing changing priorities, meeting deadlines and working autonomously.
  • Insights Practitioner accreditation or CIPD Learning & Development certification would be an advantage, but not essential.
