We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Shared Services Manager to lead our UKIN HR Shared Services function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle administration, ensuring compliance, GDPR, accuracy, and operational excellence across the business.
Leading a team of HR professionals, you will play a key role in shaping the delivery of HR services, driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence at a senior level, contribute to large-scale HR projects and help define the future of Shared Services within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team driving high performance and continuous improvement
- Provide expert guidance on HR processes, systems, and policies, including GDPR and right to work
- Oversee HR Shared Services operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivery against KPIs and SLAs
- Manage escalations and maintain effective, efficient service delivery across the employee lifecycle
- Support and deliver HR projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and large-scale initiatives (e.g. TUPE)
- Drive data integrity, reporting, and audit activities to ensure compliance and consistency
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or possess equivalent experience) and have proven experience in managing and developing teams. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of HR operations, including compliance, GDPR and employee lifecycle processes, alongside experience in driving service improvements and implementing change initiatives. The role requires the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, supported by excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
