Our Contract Logistics team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and meticulous Global Performance Business Partner to support our global operations maintaining and managing financial performance for the NEXTGEN program. This pivotal role will see you deployed on various projects across 30 countries where you will remotely support stakeholder groups with clear visibility on program performance, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved.
What are you going to do?
- Track program costs, ensuring financial and operational KPI data, spend and budgets are in line with project activities.
- Support with pricing strategies, identify trends and focus on operational and commercial improvements.
- Implement and maintain controls, identify commercial risks and discuss mitigation.
- Develop, manage and maintain reporting with a particular focus on spend and saving initiatives, green and corporate social responsibility achievements and project pipeline activities.
- Ensure lessons learnt from previous business projects are shared and considered for future activities.
What are we looking for?
- CIMA or ACCA part‑qualified with experience in accounting and reporting, ideally within a contract logistics, third‑party logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proven operational and customer‑facing experience, with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements and interpreting complex data.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building, unafraid to challenge the status quo, tactful and diplomatic when communicating with financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
- Ability to coach operational management, explaining the impact of operational actions on bottom‑line performance and devise tactical and strategic responses.
- Natural problem solver and influencer with high attention to detail and ability to meet conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Proven financial systems and MS Office skills, experienced in MS Excel.
- Comfortable liaising with remote global teams, flexible with working hours and locations.
