CEVA Animal Health is seeking an experienced Northern Europe HR Business Partner to join our European HR team. This is a senior, strategic role supporting a diverse and international sub‑region, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver people strategies that enable growth, engagement, and performance. Reporting to the Northern Europe Vice President & functionally to the Europe HR Director, you will be the primary HR point of contact for all people‑related matters across the sub‑region. You will play a critical role in shaping organisational capability, supporting leaders through change, and embedding CEVA’s values and HR frameworks locally.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders
  • Partner with country leadership teams across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics as a trusted advisor on all HR topics
  • Translate Group HR strategy into actionable local plans aligned with business priorities
  • Act as an active member of local leadership teams, providing challenge, insight and guidance
  • Lead core HR activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Drive workforce planning, organisation design and organisational effectiveness
  • Manage complex employee relations and labour relations
  • Support recruitment planning, talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Develop talent and build capability
  • Identify and deliver development and training solutions
  • Lead People Reviews, succession planning and talent processes
  • Contribute to European and global talent discussions
  • Deliver performance, reward and engagement excellence
  • Lead performance management and C&B processes up to Grade 17
  • Support and educate managers on reward decisions
  • Drive engagement action plans following surveys
  • Ensure governance, data integrity and compliance
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and effective use of HR tools
  • Adapt global policies locally in line with legislation
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies
  • Contribute beyond the sub‑region
  • Participate in European and global HR projects
  • Act as a local change agent

About you:

  • Significant HR Business Partner experience, ideally in pharma or fast‑paced environments
  • Strong expertise in performance, talent, organisational design and change
  • Experience supporting multi‑country organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability
