Are you passionate about driving change and continuous improvement? At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a Business Process Excellence (BPE) Engineer to join our team at Daventry, supporting operations across four sites. This is a dynamic role where you will lead improvement initiatives, support stakeholders in implementing change and deploying best practices.

Working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday, with flexibility required to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identifying, promoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leading Kaizen events, supporting digitalisation projects and coaching teams to embed problem solving capabilities.
  • Driving cost reduction initiatives and improving operational efficiency across all areas.
  • Leading innovation projects, including robotic process automation (RPA) and digital solutions using Microsoft tools.
  • Building strong relationships across the sites as a key point of contact for improvement activities.

What are we looking for?

  • The ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical, organised and confident in leading projects and coaching others to implement real change within the business.
  • Ability to re-engineer and improve upon existing operational solutions.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to multi-site travel.
