Overview
Continuous Improvement Coordinator at CEVA Logistics, Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom. CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions with presence in 170+ countries and over 110,000 employees across 1,500 sites. This role forms part of the Continuous Improvement team to embed a culture of continuous improvement across Aerospace operations; full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
- Support the tracking and reporting of CI progress through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Assist in the delivery of key business priorities including SCA (Service, Cost, Agility), HSEQ standards, and service level optimisation
- Champion best practice and foster a mindset of innovation and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Analytical, well-organised, and curious about how processes can be improved
- Comfortable working with data and processes; able to adapt to different operational environments
- Strong communication skills; able to translate complex ideas into clear business benefits
- Experience or exposure to continuous improvement; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma
What we offer
- Salary: up to £30,000 per annum; Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
