As a Warehouse Operative based at our ADC Barton-under-Needwood site, you will be part of a high-performing team supporting a key, high-profile customer. This is a vital role within the operation, directly contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and overall success of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
  • Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
  • Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
  • Maintain stock accuracy
  • Mandatory usage of MHE - valid licenses and experience are an advantage
  • Previous experience picking and packing, preferably using SAP or Oracle interfaces
  • Great team player but also able to work alone where required
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets

Contract and Compensation

This is a night shift position, working from 22:00 to 06:00. This role pays £25,187.76 annually + nightshift allowance - £2.93 per hour.
