Overview: The role will involve navigating internal drops at the large client location. This includes moving items between various departments and ensuring timely and efficient delivery within the site.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure goods are delivered on time and to the correct location with accurate completion of associated system transactions.
- Ensure daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are reported and remedied.
- Always comply with all vehicle and site security requirements.
- Adhere to all Traffic Office functions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the vehicle fleet in terms of service/maintenance/defects and cleaning.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements in all areas of the operation.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance schedule, servicing and defect procedures are in line with company and legislative requirements.
- Monitor vehicles on route to delivery points, ensuring compliance with outlined delivery procedures.
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate who has had previous experience in a Transport Operator role, or those that are looking for a move into this field as full training is available. Due to the nature of the role, you are an excellent team player with a high attention to detail. You must also be comfortable working in a fast paced, high security environment.

The salary for this position is £32,042.40 per annum, plus an additional £1,602.21 and £1,040.04 per annum as a London Waiting Allowance and Market supplement respectively.
