Are you passionate about driving change and continuous improvement? At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a Business Process Excellence (BPE) Specialist to join our team at Ashby, supporting operations across 22 sites. This is a dynamic role where you will lead improvement initiatives, support stakeholders in implementing change and deploying best practice. Working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday, with flexibility required to work across multiple sites.
What You'll Do
- Reporting into the Business Process Excellence Manager, you will be actively identifying, promoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Kaizen events, support digitalisation projects and coach teams to embed problemâsolving capabilities.
- Drive costâreduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency across all areas.
- Lead innovation projects, including robotic process automation (RPA) and digital solutions using Microsoft tools.
- Build strong relationships across the sites as a key point of contact for improvement activities.
What We're Looking For
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, be analytical, organised and confident in leading projects and coaching others to implement real change within the business.
- Have the ability to reâengineer and improve upon existing operational solutions.
- Due to the multiâsite travel a full UK driving licence is essential.
