Are you ready to play a key role in supporting our finance operations? At CEVA Logistics we are looking for a Finance Assistant Accounts Payable to join our team in Chipping Warden. This is a vital role where you will support employee expenses, supplier payments and provide essential support to the wider finance team.

What you will do:

  • Process employee expenses and prepare payments on a daily basis, including bank payments for expenses, supplier runs and other ad‑hoc payments.
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and allocate supplier payments and customer receipts.
  • Handle daily toll and Dart charge payments, post and reconcile company credit cards, and administer suppliers within Sage and the banking system.
  • Assist with the finance email inbox, provide general finance support, cover holidays and support the wider business with ad‑hoc finance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a finance administration role and IT literate, with good Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, personable, and self‑motivated.
  • Experience within accounts payable, Sage 200 or an AAT qualification would be advantageous.
