Air Export Operator – CEVA Logistics

YOUR ROLE

Our Air operations team based in Hounslow is looking for an Air Export Operator to help drive the smooth and efficient movement of general air export shipments. This role is all about keeping operations compliant, on track, and delivering a first-class service experience for our clients.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage and coordinate air export shipments, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Prepare and review export documentation, keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
• Provide excellent customer service by monitoring shipments, updating clients, and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and support the development.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working from 09:00 to 18:00.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be considered for this role, you will need demonstrable experience working within an Air Operation with a key understanding of industry terminology and documentation. You will be able to communicate effectively and customer service will be at the heart of everything you do.

You will be highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to tight timescales, able to think on your feet and problem solve to provide workable solutions to customers.
