YOUR ROLE
Our operation in Northampton is looking to recruit a focused and ambitious Quality Coordinator, where you will ensure that departmental processes are followed, and systems are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours a week.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will perform quality related tasks ensuring that departmental processes are followed, and systems are maintained in compliance with regulatory GDP (Goods Distribution Practices), GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices), customer expectations and ISO guidelines.
As the site-based Quality Coordinator, you will support the Customer Service Manager and Responsible Person in ensuring that guidelines on Good Distribution and Good Manufacturing Practices are complied with and that operations do not compromise the quality of medicinal products.
You will perform all quality related tasks, including returns, recalls, temperature management, in-process control, reports and training and development, as well as other activities highlighted by the quality management team to ensure full compliance with GMP, GDP and ISO 9001. You will conduct temperature monitoring, ensuring any deviations are promptly identified and escalated.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience within a Quality Assurance role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or logistics environment and possess a good understanding of GDP and/or GMP. You will be a natural communicator, able to build internal and external relationships and work as a wider team. You will be IT literate able to produce various reports and use MS Excel and other reporting tools. It goes without saying that you will be highly motivated, positive in approach and keen to learn and develop.
