We are looking for a proactive Pharmacy Operations Assistant to support sales cycle delivery within a fast‑paced FMCG pharmacy environment. Working closely with clients and sales teams, you will coordinate sales cycles, produce engaging presentations, maintain CRM and sales data, deliver accurate reporting, and support sales meetings and events, including occasional overnight stays.

- Coordinating pharmacy sales cycles and client activity
- Creating sales briefs, presentations and client review decks
- Managing CRM data, reporting and sales insights
- Supporting incentives, discounts, stock and point of sale activity

About you
- Experience in administration within FMCG, pharmacy or sales support
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced role
