Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Pembrokeshire (site-based role)

Β£400–£500 per day (Umbrella)

Ceto Talent is supporting a specialist engineering contractor in the search for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a marine infrastructure project in Pembrokeshire.

This role is focused on on-site commercial support , working closely with the project team to measure, record and report on works carried out, feeding into the wider commercial function.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure or construction environments
  • Strong site-based experience, comfortable working on live projects
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and contracts
  • Experience measuring and recording work on site
  • Proactive approach with good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and record work completed on site
  • Support cost tracking and reporting into the wider commercial team
  • Review drawings and specifications to inform measurement and valuation
  • Liaise with site teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support the delivery of commercial activities across the project

Role Requirements

  • Must be based locally or within a commutable distance of Pembrokeshire
  • Comfortable working in a site-based environment
  • Able to work independently and feed information back to a remote commercial function

This is a practical, delivery-focused role suited to a mid-level Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being close to the work on site and contributing directly to project delivery.
