We are seeking an experienced MEICA Site Manager to oversee a clean water infrastructure project in Surrey. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and technical delivery across Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Oversee MEICA installation, commissioning and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Chair and contribute to site progress meetings
- Ensure compliance with project RAMS, health & safety requirements, and water industry standards
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and ensure site documentation is kept up to date
- Monitor progress, report issues, and escalate risks where required
- Liaise with project engineers, design teams, and the client to support smooth project delivery
- Ensure temporary works are implemented, inspected, and managed correctly
- Maintain accurate daily records, permits, and work logs

- First Aid
- Fire Marshal
- Water Hygiene (EUSR National Water Hygiene Card)
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing MEICA activities within the clean water or wider water sector
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and ICA installation and commissioning activities
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
