STREETWORKS PLANNER (NRSWA) Hertfordshire - PERMANENT - Salary:- Up to £35,000 A growing utilities and infrastructure business is looking for a Streetworks Planner (NRSWA) to join its planning team in Hertfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in coordinating field operations, managing permits, and ensuring works are delivered in line with contractual and legislative requirements. About You You will have previous experience within a planning, streetworks, permits or scheduling environment and a good understanding of NRSWA regulations. Experience using Street Manager, Aurora or similar systems would be highly beneficial, alongside knowledge of streetworks legislation, traffic management requirements and utility searches. You should be confident managing competing priorities, communicating with multiple stakeholders and using Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams. Experience within the utilities sector is desirable. The Role Key responsibilities include: • Planning and coordinating works programmes to meet client and contractual requirements. • Creating, managing and monitoring NRSWA permits and notices. • Managing permit updates, inspections, suspensions and related streetworks activities. • Liaising with operational teams, clients, local authorities and other stakeholders. • Monitoring workloads and supporting the efficient deployment of field-based teams. • Tracking project progress and resolving planning or scheduling issues. • Ensuring all activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
