Contractor Services Coordinator East London | £159.31 per day Umbrella | 6 Month Contract Ceto Talent are supporting a major London-based organisation in recruiting for a Contractor Services Coordinator to join a busy team supporting contractor administration and workforce operations. This role would suit you if you have experience in administration, HR support, payroll administration, contractor coordination or workforce administration and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Your experience * Previous experience in administration, HR, payroll, recruitment or workforce support. * Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and basic formulas. * Experience processing timesheets and resolving related queries. * Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment. * Experience using SAP or similar business systems would be beneficial. Your responsibilities * Support contractor administration activities and workforce processes. * Manage timesheet queries and ensure information is processed accurately. * Maintain accurate records across workforce management systems. * Support contract extensions and contract end-date management. * Assist with reporting and data quality activities. * Liaise with managers, contractors and suppliers to resolve queries. * Provide administrative support to ensure key deadlines are met.
