Ceto Talent is recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support building services project delivery within a leading consultancy environment. This role is suited to candidates who can work independently and contribute to live project delivery from early design through to site stages.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or similar
  • Chartered or working towards (CIBSE / IMechE)
  • Strong experience in mechanical building services design
  • HVAC systems, calculations and specifications experience
  • Familiar with tools such as IES, Hevacomp, NBS and Revit
  • Consultancy or contractor background preferred
  • Good knowledge of UK standards and regulations

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering mechanical design packages
  • Producing calculations, specifications and drawings
  • Supporting coordination with design teams
  • Attending project and client meetings
  • Conducting site visits and progress checks
  • Managing workload to meet project deadlines
