Key requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or similar
- Chartered or working towards (CIBSE / IMechE)
- Strong experience in mechanical building services design
- HVAC systems, calculations and specifications experience
- Familiar with tools such as IES, Hevacomp, NBS and Revit
- Consultancy or contractor background preferred
- Good knowledge of UK standards and regulations
