SENIOR / PRINCIPAL TRANSPORT PLANNER HAMPSHIRE PERMANENT – GBP38,000 – GBP57,000
Ceto Talent are working with an established and well-known consultancy based in the UK and we are currently recruiting for Senior and Principal Transport Planners to join an award winning team based in Hampshire.
About the Role
You will be an experienced and degree educated Transport Planner with experience on transport projects such as highways, public transport and other planning projects, as well as some transport modelling experience. You will be organised and detail-focused. For the Principal level position you will also have had responsibility for leading others and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Work within an established Transport Planning team
- Project management of schemes
- Ensure technical reports are created and correct
- Perform some modelling
- Stakeholder management (internally and externally)
- Help mentor more junior members in the team
Your role will see you working on a variety of projects, not just one, as the company likes to see their planners working on a variety of projects.
Location
This position is based in Hampshire on the South Coast and is commutable from Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Guildford with road and public transport connections available also.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for these positions is dependent on experience and suitability. The range is between GBP38,000 – GBP57,000. The company offers an excellent range of benefits that includes pension, private healthcare, generous annual leave, bonus scheme, flexible working and much more.
