Ceto Talent is supporting a leading infrastructure consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering major projects across rail, highways, utilities, energy, defence and aviation.

Experience Required
- Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management within infrastructure, construction or the built environment.
- Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, change control, risk management and commercial reporting.
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Experience supporting procurement and commercial governance activities.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Membership of, or working towards membership of, RICS, CICES or a similar professional body would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
- Manage cost, change, risk and contractual performance across a varied project portfolio.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive commercial support and advice.
