Contracts Specialist/Advisor - Offshore Wind Projects * South West London Office * 12+ months expected * Negotiable Day Rate / Outside IR35 * Office-based - 3 days a week minimum, 2 WFH. Ceto Talent is partnered with a Leading Tier 1 EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy Infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced Contract Advisor to support Offshore Wind T&I Construction bids & tenders. Overview: As a Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing, qualifying, and drafting a wide range of contracts, including EPC, procurement, engineering, service, confidentiality, non‑disclosure, partnership/consortium/joint‑venture, alliance, and subcontract agreements. You will also coordinate the workload with Tendering/Commercial, Project Management, and Procurement teams, gathering required inputs from supporting functions such as Insurance, Tax, and Finance. What You’ll Be Doing: * Prepare clear contract summaries for tenders and projects * Identify key contractual risks and advise management on how to manage or reduce them * Take part in internal and external meetings, including negotiations, and produce notes or minutes * Negotiate contracts in line with company interests and risk policies * Support project teams with claims, variations and overall contract strategy * Review subcontracts and purchase orders with the procurement team * Draft contracts, legal documents and related correspondence * Carry out legal research relevant to the company’s work * Help resolve contractual and legal issues with internal stakeholders * Provide regular updates to management on contract management activity What We’re Looking For: * Experience with Offshore T&I/Construction Projects, ideally Offshore Wind. * Law degree or equivalent. * Expertise in FIDIC contracts is non-negotiable. * Proven experience of reviewing and advising on tendering contracts and of administering project contracts; effective negotiation skills are essential * Existing right to work in the UK without support of a visa Why Join? * Be part of an inclusive workplace that values diversity and individuality. * Work with a leading global Energy EPC Business on high-profile projects. * Secure a long-term contract with strong career development opportunities.
