We are seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager to support offshore installation projects and drive health, safety, and environmental performance across the business. This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact while leading a dedicated team of HSE professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing, and developing the HSE team as the Project HSE Manager
- Overseeing HSE Management contract administration for major offshore projects
- Applying IOGP and IMCA standards to ensure best practice in offshore operations
- Managing and evaluating subcontractors with a strong focus on HSE performance
- Developing and maintaining project HSE deliverables in line with offshore project demands
- Leading the risk management process to safeguard complex project environments
- Facilitating HSE readiness reviews and ensuring operational preparedness for offshore works
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements throughout project delivery
- Planning and conducting internal HSE audits as part of your role as Project HSE Manager
- Leading investigations and reporting outcomes, reinforcing lessons learned across offshore activities
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in IMCA contractor and in Project HSE Manager positions. Previous offshore project experience is essential.
- Certification: Auditor and investigation certification essential. Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
- Eligibility: Legal right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
