We’re supporting a growing, design-led engineering consultancy delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we’re looking to appoint a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions.
This is a design-focused role — not site-based — offering the opportunity to work across projects from concept through to detailed design within a true consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and review civil and structural design solutions
- Produce calculations, reports and technical specifications
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Support delivery across programme, cost and quality
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Contribute to consistent, high-quality technical output
- Experience within a consultancy environment (essential)
- Strong background in civil and/or structural design
- Experience across multiple design stages
- Confident producing technical documentation and calculations
- Familiar with relevant standards and Eurocodes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Microstation or BIM
- Hampshire-based office
- On-site parking available
