- Fire Safety Compliance Manager
- London | Hybrid Working £700 per day (Umbrella) Contract
Ceto Talent is recruiting for an experienced Fire Safety Compliance Manager to provide technical fire safety leadership across a large and complex property portfolio.
This is a specialist role focused on fire safety governance, compliance, assurance and risk management within a varied built environment.
About You
- Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) or equivalent recognised professional body.
- Level 4 or higher qualification in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering or Fire Risk Assessment.
- Proven experience operating as a fire safety subject matter expert within complex estates.

- Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
- Approved Document B
- Fire Engineering principles (PD 7974)
- Experience reviewing fire strategies, fire risk assessments and engineered fire safety solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex fire risks clearly to senior stakeholders.
Desirable
- Third-party accredited Fire Risk Assessor.
- Experience within infrastructure, public sector or regulated environments.
- Experience delivering fire safety assurance, audit or compliance programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fire safety governance, technical assurance and specialist advice.
- Review fire strategies and assess the impact of building and operational change.
- Deliver risk-based assurance and compliance activities.
- Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Review fire risk assessments and support mitigation strategies.
- Produce reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of fire safety management systems.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and operational teams to manage fire safety risks.
