Ceto Talent is representing a leading nuclear research project, supporting advanced control & instrumentation systems within a highly technical engineering environment.
- Location: Culham, Oxfordshire (full-time onsite)
- Contract: 12 months
- Rate: Up to £26.00 per hour (Umbrella)

This role will support a major nuclear research facility, working across a wide range of control & instrumentation systems. You will be involved in both workshop-based panel building and on-plant electrical engineering activities, including installation, testing and fault finding.
Key responsibilities:
- Wiring and building control & instrumentation panels, cubicles and sub-assemblies
- Fault finding and repair of control & instrumentation systems across plant
- Supporting commissioning, testing and upgrades of electrical engineering systems
- Working closely with engineers and plant teams on live control & instrumentation systems
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation and safe systems of work
Requirements:
- Apprentice trained with industrial experience working on 3-phase electrical engineering systems
- Experience as a C&I wire person, panel builder or within control & instrumentation
- Strong fault-finding and testing capability (bench and in-situ)
- C&G Level 3 in Electrotechnical Technology or ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
