We are currently seeking a WITS Coordinator (Integrated Systems Specialist) to support the delivery of a major Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) project for a Tier 1 Energy EPC contractor.
As WITS Coordinator, you will oversee the implementation of Piping Information Systems across the project, ensuring effective management of construction quantities, planning, progress tracking, accounting, quality assessment, and the recording of erected and installed work quantities, in line with project requirements and Company procedures.
Working closely with engineering, construction, planning, procurement and quality teams, you will ensure project data is accurately managed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set up, implement, and administer Construction Information Systems across the project.
- Train project personnel in the effective use of management and construction information systems.
- Analyse, upload and maintain project data, including quantities, planning information, accounting data and standard libraries.
- Manage construction progress reporting and quantity tracking systems.
- Support quality management activities through the administration of project information systems.
- Interface with engineering, construction, planning, procurement and project controls teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Produce reports and analysis to support project management and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and company procedures.
Previous experience working on major EPC, Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Carbon Capture, Energy, Industrial, or Major Infrastructure projects.
Experience coordinating, administering or managing construction information, progress tracking, quality or completions systems.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, reporting, quantities and project interfaces.
Excellent data management, reporting and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Desirable Software Experience: Experience with WITS or similar construction information and completions management systems is highly desirable.
